Blind draw events are open to anyone. To participate in Missouri Governor's Cup tournament events, players should be prepared to validate eligibility by presenting either a valid Missouri driver's license or equivalent state-issued identification, or an official league record from a recognized Missouri dart association showing participation in at least six weeks of sanctioned league play during the preceding twelve months. A waiver may also be requested through the president of a recognized Missouri dart association. The Tournament Director's eligibility decision is final.
